As a sophomore, 2009: (Indoor Track): She ran the 200-meter and the 400m at Jimmy Carnes Invitational and the 400m in the A-Sun Championship, finishing in eighth place with a time of 58.40 … was apart of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth with a time of 4:06.44 at the A-Sun Championship ... the distance medley relay team scored a second place finish in 12:41.10 with James’ help at the Clemson Tiger Invite. (Outdoor Track): Ran mostly in the 200m and the 400m where she ran 25.26 and 56.55 respectively … ran in seven meets for the 4x100m relay team … in the 4x100m relay team’s last three meets she helped put together second place finishes, including a second place finish in the A-Sun Championship
As a freshman, 2007-08: (Indoor Track): Competed in all four of the Lady Ospreys’ meets…Started out the season with the ERAU Challenge on Feb. 2, where she finished second in the 400m dash (1:00.13) and fifth in the 200m dash (26.16), setting a new personal best in the 200m dash…Competed in the 60m dash (8.13) and 400m (59.09) dash at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, finishing in fifth and tenth place…Established new career bests in both events. (Outdoor Track): Competed in six of the seven meets, including the A-Sun Conference Championships where she finished fifth in both the 200m dash (25.55) and 400m dash (57.73)…Best finish of the season came at the Seminole Invitational on April 12, where she finished second in the 200m dash with a time of 25.07, setting a new personal best in the event…Established a new career best in the 400m dash with her eighth-place time of 56.90 at the UCF Invitational on May 10.
High School: 2007 graduate of Bishop Kenny High School, where she currently holds the school record in the 200m (25.28) ... holds the school record in the 400m with a time of 56.65 ... earned a district championship in the 100m and 400m in 2005-06 ... helped Bishop Kenny win district championships in 2004-07, while earning a regional birth in 2007.
