TEXANA BANK SUITE - FAQ
Access to the Texana Bank Suite is provided to fans who purchase a Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seat, courtside seat, or purchase a season ticket and make the required minimum donation to the Swoop Impact Fund.
The cost of a Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seat is $2,250. Each seat includes access to the Texana Bank Suite, in addition to preferred parking and complimentary food and drinks.
The cost of a courtside seat is $2,250. Each seat includes access to the Texana Bank Suite, preferred parking, and includes complimentary food and drinks in the suite and courtside.
The required minimum contribution to access the Texana Bank Suite is $1,250 per seat. The required minimum contribution must be made to the Swoop Impact Fund. All required donations must be made between the renewal start date and November 1st. The required contribution provides the donor access to the suite during pregame and at halftime, which includes complimentary food and drinks.
Access to the Texana Bank Suite is tied to the purchase of a seat plus the minimum donation. No additional guests are permitted unless the minimum contribution is made for the additional seat.
There is a discounted rate of $625 for children 18 and under. For example, a family of four (two adults, two children) with season tickets would be required to donate $3,750 to access the Texana Bank Suite.
Yes, single game passes are available. If courtside or Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seats are available, then those seats will be made available for purchase.
Access is permitted beginning one hour prior to the game and is allowed through the end of game. Fans are encouraged to sit in their respective seats during the game. Alcohol sales for the Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seats end at the 10-minute mark in the second half.
Heavy hors d ’oeuvres and snacks will be provided beginning one hour prior to the game. Complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided in the Texana Bank Suite. Complimentary alcoholic drinks include domestic and craft beers, wine, hard seltzers and select liquor drinks.
Preferred parking in the first level of the UNF Arena parking garage is available for those with Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seats, courtside seats and those who make the minimum $2,500 contribution to the Swoop Impact Fund to access the Texana Bank Suite. Premium parking behind UNF Arena is available to those fans who contribute at least $5,000 to the Swoop Impact Fund and have season tickets.
The Texana Bank Suite will be available at Women’s Basketball games and Volleyball matches at no additional cost to those who have purchased Hayt Osprey Outlook premium seats, courtside seats, or purchased a Men’s Basketball season ticket and made the required minimum donation to the Swoop Impact Fund. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, in addition to a concessions voucher will be available to Texana Bank Suite guests on Women’s Basketball and Volleyball game days. All other events will require a separate purchase through the event organizer.
A premium hospitality experience exists at select UNF Athletic events other than Men’s Basketball. Each experience comes with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a concessions voucher. Donors contributing at least $5,000 annually to the Swoop Impact Fund will be provided with an Athletics All-Access pass which provides access to all North Florida home athletic events and hospitality offerings, except for Men’s Basketball which is treated as a separate purchase and outlined above. Each Athletics All-Access member is allowed one guest.
