As a junior, 2008-09: (Cross Country): Competed in all six of the Ospreys’ meets … posted her best 5k finish of the season at the FSU Invite on Sept. 27, where she finished 10th with a time of 18:31.92. (Indoor Track): Was apart of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed second at the Clemson Tiger Invite.
As a sophomore, 2007-08: (Cross Country): Competed in all six of the Ospreys’ meets…Set a new career-best time at the JU Short Course Duals (3k) on Aug. 31, finishing in fifth place with a time of 11:20…Posted her best 5k finish of the season at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship, where she finished 13th with a time of 19:25. (Indoor Track): Only competed in the A-Sun Conference Championships, where she finished 12th in the mile with a time of 5:31.42…earned all-conference honors as a member of the DMR team that finished fourth place with a time of 12:33.79. (Outdoor Track): Competed in five of the six meets, participating in the 800m, 1,500m, and 4x800m…Established new career bests in the 800m (2:20.27) and 1,500m (4:43.97) at the Seminole Invitational on April 12th…Posted her best 1,500m finish at the UCF Invitational on May 10th, finishing in third place with a time of 4:47.10…Finished sixth in the 1,500m (4:57.60) at the A-Sun Conference Championships.
As a freshman, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in all six of the Lady Ospreys meets including the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship where she was named to the All-Freshmen team ... set a career best time at the Auburn Invitational (5k) where she finished in 19:00.11 ... best placing came at the FSU Invitational on Oct. 7 where she placed 17th. (Indoor Track): Competed in two meets, participating in the 800m, mile, and 4x100... finished in ninth place (5:22.43) in the mile at the A-Sun Championships ... earned all-conference honors as a member of the DMR relay team, after finishing the event in third place. (Outdoor Track): Ran in four of eight meets participating in the 800m and 1500m ... finished in third place in the 800m at the FSU Invite on April 14, finishing with a time of 2:21.40 ... posted best 1500m time (4:55.33) at the FSU Relays, finishing in 13th place
High School: Ran cross country for Matt Samuel at Dallas High School for three years, winning district and conference championships all three years ... named to the all-district team all three years ... lists best 5k time as 19:11 at Penn State ... holds school record in the 4x800m relay with a time of 09:34 ... was all-state and all-district her senior season on the track.
