JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Redshirt senior Troy Williams surpassed the Men's 400m Hurdles program record with a time of 51.36 to highlight Day 1 competition at the East Coast Relays at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium on Friday.Â
