(Indoor Track): Set a career record in the pentathlon at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational with a score of 2,636...Recorded personal-best marks in the 55m hurdles (9.48), high jump (4-9 1/2), long jump (16-8) and shot put (24-0 1/4) while competing in the pentathlon at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational. (Outdoor Track): Clocked a 15.76 in the 100m hurdles at the A-Sun Championships...Finished 14th in the 400m hurdles at the A-Sun Championships with a time of 71.90...Took 13th in the triple jump at the A-Sun Championships with a mark of 33-8 1/2.
 

FRESHMAN (2009-10)

(Indoor Track): Competed in two meets during the season … turned in three career-bests at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational in the 60m hurdles (9.75), long jump (15-9) and triple jump (33-8). (Outdoor Track): Finished eighth and 10th in the triple jump (34-5 3/4, +2.0) and long jump (16-5, +2.4), respectively, at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, in addition to placing 11th in the 400 meter hurdles (70.84) and 12th in the 100 meter hurdles (16.11) … finished fourth in the long jump with a career-best mark of 17-2 3/4 at the UNF Osprey Challenge … turned in a personal-best triple jump mark of 33-8 at the USF Bulls Invitational.

PREP AND PERSONAL

Competed in the long jump, triple jump, 100 meter hurdles and 4x100 meter relay … won Bay Conference District Championship in 2009 … holds school records in the long jump (17-3) and 4x200 meter relay … was a two-time regional champion and finished fourth in the 100 meter hurdles at the State Championships … was a three-time all-area selection … born on July 1 … daughter of Jeff and Karen Goodwin … has one younger brother, Jeffrey, and one younger sister, Victoria … majoring in Art Therapy … both of her parents ran track at Eastern Kentucky University.
