(Cross Country): Clocked a 17:38.17 at the Mountain Dew Invitational…Won the FSU Invitational with a time of 17:34.65…Finished second at the A-Sun Conference Championships with a personal-best time of 17:24.18…Competed at the NCAA South Region Championships, finishing the 6k-meter course in 20:52.15, a new personal record. (Indoor Track): Won the 3,000 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational with a personal-best time of 9:45.03…Was runner-up in both the 3,000 meters (9:55.35) and the 5,000 meters (16:56.48) at the A-Sun Conference Championships. (Outdoor Track): Won the 5,000 meters at the FSU Relays in 17:08.36, a personal record…Also won the 10,000 meters at the UNF Spring Break Invitational with a time of 35:21.19…Finished second in both the 5,000 meters (17:11.92) and the 10,000 meters (36:07.98) at the A-Sun Conference Championships…Clocked a personal-best 34:34.82 in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA East Region Championships, good for 29th.
FRESHMAN (2009-10)
(Cross Country): Led the Ospreys in all six meets she competed in … finished in the top 10 four times on the season … turned in a third place finish at the Ron Pynn Invitational as well as a fourth place finish at the Sodexho Stetson Hatter Invitational … posted a time of 18:02 to finish fourth at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, earning First-Team All-A-Sun honors … named A-Sun Freshman Women’s Runner of the Year for her efforts … clocked a personal-best 6,000 meter time of 21:39.22 to finish 38th at the NCAA South Region Championships. (Indoor Track): Garnered the program’s first indoor conference title at 5,000 meters with her time of 17:15.09 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships … clocked personal-bests in the 3,000 meters (10:08.40) and 5,000 meters (17:02.14) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational and Tiger Paw Invitational, respectively.
