(Cross Country): Clocked a then-personal-best 18:11.81 at the USC Upstate Invitational…Broke her own personal best with a 17:58.96 at the A-Sun Conference Championships, good for seventh place…Competed at the NCAA South Region Championships, finishing the 6k-meter course in 22:04.02. (Indoor Track): Did not compete. (Cross Country): Competed at Kent State. (Indoor Track): Clocked a personal-best 3,000 meter time of 10:17.14 at the Akron Invitational, finishing 10th in the race. (Outdoor Track): Turned in a season-best 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 10:48.72 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic, finishing eighth in the race … placed eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:18.29) at the Mid-American Conference Championships.
FRESHMAN (2008-09)
At Kent State:
(Cross Country): Redshirt. (Indoor Track): Recorded the team’s second-best 3,000 meter time of the season with a 10:06.18 at the Akron Open. (Outdoor Track): Owned the team’s top 3,000 meter steeplechase time of the season, clocking a 10:51.27 at the Drake Relays … finished eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Mid-American Conference Championships with a time of 11:15.43 … turned in a personal-best 1,500 meter time of 4:41.27 at the All-Ohio Championships.
