JUNIOR (2010-11)
(Indoor Track): Set a new personal record in the pentathlon at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational...Recorded personal bests in the shot put (29-6 1/2), high jump (5-2 ¼) and 800m (3:16.91) while competing in the pentathlon at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational...Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles at the A-Sun Championships with a 9.53, a new career record. (Outdoor Track): Clocked a 15.34 in the 100m hurdles at the UNF Invitational...Finished fourth in the high jump at the A-Sun Championships with a mark of 5-5, a new personal record...Set a new personal best in the long jump with a 17-11 1/2 at the UNF Spring Break Invite.
SOPHOMORE (2009-10)
(Indoor Track): Redshirt. (Outdoor Track): Placed sixth in the high jump (5-0 1/4) at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, in addition to finishing ninth and 13th in the long jump (16-9 3/4, +2.0) and 100 meter hurdles (16.16), respectively … cleared a season-best high jump mark of 5-1 3/4 to finish second at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic … turned in a season-best 200 meter time of 29.73 at the FSU Relays.
FRESHMAN (2008-09)
(Indoor Track): Competed in the long jump (15-11 1/4), 55 meter hurdles (9.27) and 200 meters (30.60) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational … finished fifth in the pentathlon with 2,616 points at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships. (Outdoor Track): Competed in the high jump, long jump, javelin, 100 meters, 200 meters and 100 meter hurdles … turned in a season-best heptathlon score of 3,371 points at the FSU Relays … placed seventh in the heptathlon at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, scoring 2,333 points.
PREP AND PERSONAL
Competed for Tampa Bay Tech High School from seventh through 12th grade … placed sixth in the nation in the long jump while still in eighth grade ... claimed the state title in the long jump as a freshman and sophomore, and state title in the high jump as a freshman, sophomore and junior … also played basketball from seventh grade through 12th grade, earning All-State honors and being named team MVP … born Feb. 23 … daughter of Craig and Diane Bridges ... has two younger sisters, Selena and Allison ... majoring in Exercise Science.
