PRIOR TO UNF
Competed in high school cross country / track and field for four years at Sheridan HS...was named all-conference and a team state qualifier as a senior for cross country...set her personal-best 5k time at the 2024 Falcon Invitational...won team championships for track and field in 2021 and 2022...was named all-conference in track all four years with all-district recognition in 2025 and regional champion in 2024...five-time state qualifier from 2022-23 and was awarded all-state as a junior...named Freshman MVP followed with three Team MVPs in high school...was named to National Honor Society and was a scholar-athlete...also played soccer in high school.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Jeremy and Jennifer Strong...has one sister, Skyllar, who was the team captain for the Muskingam University women's soccer team...cousins, Jacob Strong (basketball), Mathew Strong (basketball), Morgan Somers (soccer) and T.J. Somers (basketball) all played collegiate sports as well...born on June 24, 2006...plans to major in nursing...chose UNF because "the coaches, team, and campus atmosphere were unmatched by those of the other schools I visited. UNF felt like home to me immediately."
