2024-25: XC - Made collegiate debut in seventh overall at the Duval 5K XC Challenge (18:53.1)...helped the Osprey squad to a first-overall team finish in season-opening home meet...competed in 6k race at the Gans Creek Classic (22:38.6)...recorded personal-best 6k mark at the Crimson Classic (21:42.3)...finished 33rd overall with season-best 5k mark at the ASUN XC Championship (18:11.6)...helped UNF to runner-up team finish in conference meet...wrapped up season competing in 6k race at NCAA South Regional (22:51.8).
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in cross country & track and field all four years of high school...team finished as state runner-ups in both 2020 and 2023...ran personal-best time in XC 5k at Nike Regionals in 2023...all-conference and all-region selection from 2021-23 for XC, as well as an individual state qualifier for all three years...team also placed third at state meet in 2022...was 4x800 state qualifier and finished all-state in the race as a sophomore...repeated as 4x800 state qualifier and all-state selection as a junior, while also qualifying for the 1500m race as well...three-time academic all-conference and all-region, along with four-time academic letter.
