Competed for track & field for all four years at Bell HS...three-time regional high jump champion and record holder for 1A Region 2...FHSAA 1A High Jump state champion and All-Area Track and Field Athlete of the Year...recorded personal-best high jump mark of 1.68m at the 2022 Branford meet...made lifetime best long jump mark of 4.80m at 2022 FHSAA 1A District 5 meet...hit 10.55m for a career-best triple jump mark at the FHSAA 1A State Championship meet...tied for second in state for 1A girl's high jump as a sophomore...was first place in high jump and eighth place in triple jump at state 1A girls meet as a junior...was selected to Gainesville Sun All-Area Track & Field team in 2021...also played basketball and volleyball in HS.

Born on Sept. 3, 2004...daughter of Daniel and Marcy Shepherd...has two siblings, Lauren (20) and Brooke (12)...sister, Lauren, plays women's basketball for Georgia Southwestern State...plans to major in sociology.
