North Florida Athletics Tickets - General Information and Policies
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you are interested in purchasing season or single game tickets in the wheelchair accessible, we encourage you to contact the box office directly to discuss options and availability.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
The box office windows are only open during event days. All tickets can be ordered online at www.UNFOspreys.com/BuyTicketsNow or by calling (904)620-BIRD(2473) during non-event days.Event day box office hours vary by sport:
Men’s and Women’s Basketball: 1 hour before tip-off – Halftime.
Baseball and Softball: 1 hour before first pitch – 5th Inning or 1 hour and a half into game(Whichever comes first).
Volleyball: 1 hour before first serve – 1 hour into the game.
Men’s and Women’s Soccer: 1 hour before kickoff – Halftime.
Track & Field Events: 1 hour before first event – Second to last event or 8:30PM.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
UNF Athletics and the ASUN Conference are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience. People attending UNF Athletics’ events can expect an environment where:
- Guests will be treated in a professional and courteous manner by event staff.
- Guests will be allowed to enjoy UNF Athletics events free from disruptive behavior, including foul, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or threatening language, gestures or actions. UNF Athletics explicitly prohibits language and behavior that are based on characteristics including, but not limited to, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristic.
- Guests who are under the influence of alcoholic beverages or any other intoxicating substance who behave in an irresponsible manner will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- For ticketed UNF Athletics events, guests will show their tickets when requested and will sit in their ticketed seats.
- Guests will not engage in fighting, taunting, throwing objects, attempting to enter any competition surface or field of play or other conduct that will disrupt the competition. Those who engage in any of these actions will immediately be ejected from the venue.
- Guests will not smoke. The University of North Florida is designated a smoke-free campus. The act of smoking is prohibited on all University controlled properties.
- There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing, or obscene or indecent conduct.
- Guests will comply with requests from event security and UNF Athletics staff regarding venue operations and emergency response procedures.
The event security staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest event security personnel or UNF Athletics staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection without refund.
FREE ATHLETIC EVENTS
The following regular season athletic events are non-ticketed and free for the public to attend: Tennis, Golf, Swimming, Beach Volleyball.
GATE TIMES
All gates open 1 hour before the event unless otherwise stated.
MOBILE TICKETING
Fans will receive their tickets electronically either via email, text message or TicketReturn account manager. For fans without access to a mobile device, they can request to receive a printed ticket. Full mobile ticketing guide can be found here: UNF Athletics Mobile Ticketing.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- No offensive language on clothing or signs
- No outside beverages including alcohol
- No Bull Horns or artificial noise makers of any kind
No weapons of any kind or toy replicas - No smoking or vaping
- No Poles, Brooms, or any other type of sticks
- No Umbrellas
- Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
- No glass and plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
- No illegal drugs or chemicals
- No laser pointers or light pointers
- No animals (except service animals must have proper paperwork)
- No unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- No skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
- Other items as may be determined by stadium security, staff or management
- Personal cameras are PERMITTED. Professional cameras/large detachable lens and tripods are not permitted without prior approval. Video is only permitted with the approval of the University of North Florida with the proper credentials.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless UNF Athletics is unable to fill an order. There will be no refunds or exchanges for complimentary or season tickets in the event that a game is cancelled. All sales are final.Tickets are still valid if the game is delayed. Refunds will not be granted due to a date/time change. Announcements regarding any changes will be made on an individual game basis.
STUDENT TICKETS
Current UNF students receive free admission to all UNF Athletic regular season home events. Students must scan a valid Osprey1Card or have their N# at the student gate for entry. For men’s basketball games, the first 600 students will receive a wristband that gives them access to the lower-level seating. Once all wristbands have been distributed, students will be directed to the upper-level seating.
The above policies and procedures will not be in effect for any postseason or tournament play. Those events are sponsored by the organization hosting the tournament and their ticket policies will be used.

YOUTH ADMISSION
Children 3 and under are free for all UNF athletic events. Youth priced tickets are available by calling 904-620-BIRD(2437) or at the box office windows with the purchase of an adult ticket for ages 12 and under. For any external events hosted at UNF, the age for admission is determined by the organizer.
