As a senior, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in five of the six meets the Ospreys competed in ... received her first Atlantic Sun Conference Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 20 after her finish at the Mt. Dew Invitational ... named A-Sun Runner of the Week a second time on Oct. 4 for her finish at the Auburn Invitational ... set a new career best time at the Auburn Invitational on Sept. 30, finishing in 17:14.52, the time is also the best in the conference for the 2006 season ... finished both the JU Short Course Duals (3k) and Furman Invitational (5k) in first place ... finished the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship in third place with a time of 18:49, being named to the All-Conference Team. (Indoor Track): Participated in three meets, including the A-Sun championship competing in the 3k and 5k... came close to earning all-conference in the 3k (10:30.97) and 5k (18:10.63) finishing both events in fourth place. (Outdoor Track): Participated in a variety of events including the 3000m steeplechase, 5k and 10k ... earned all-conference honors in the 3000m steeplechase finishing in second place with a time of 11:36.61 ... set a personal best in the 10k while at the A-Sun Championship, finishing the race in 40:15.26.
As a junior, 2005-06: (Cross Country): As a junior, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran in all but one meet for the Ospreys, including the Atlantic Sun Championships, where she was named to the all-conference team ... finished in the top-20 in each meet, finishing no lower than 16th place ... Posted best finish and time (5k) at the Gator Invitational on Sept. 9 placing seventh (18:12.54 ... Best 8k finish was sixth at the Furman Invite on Oct. 8 (19:23.21) and best time was at the Atlantic Sun Championships on Oct. 29 (18:12) ... (Indoor Track): Finished in the top 10 in the 3k twice ... posted best 3k finish at the Atlantic Sun Championship Feb. 17-18, finishing seventh. (Outdoor Track): Ran in all seven meets, competing in the 5k once, 3000m steeplechase three times, and 1500m race three times ... finished first in the 3000m steeplechase at the Winthrop Invitational (11:47.35) on March 31-April 1. Finished the steeplechase in third place at the Atlantic Sun Championships (11:25.43) on April 14-15... posted best 1500m time at the Spring Fling on March 18 (04:55.81) finishing second.
As a sophomore, 2004-05: (Cross Country): Ran in six of the team[apos]s seven races, missing only the Florida Runners Invitational on Sept. 24 ... placed two Top 10 individual finishes, at the Florida Intercollegiate (8th - 19:10) on Sept. 11 and at the Peach Belt Championship (5th - 18:12) on Oct. 23 ... finished out of the top 15 individually only twice ... was 15th at the NCAA South Regional on Oct. 23, running the 6k course in 22:26 ... finished 34th at the NCAA Championship meet on Nov. 6, running the 6k in 23:19.8 ... her fifth-place finish at the PBC was the highest finish of any UNF runner in 2004 ... earned All-Peach Belt Conference and All-NCAA South Region honors ... (Indoor Track): Competed in all three of UNF[apos]s indoor meets, finishing in the top three twice - in the 3k at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 15 (3rd - 10:20.58) and in the 5k at the Gator Invitational on Feb. 6 (2nd - 17:51.66) ... ran the mile at Clemson[apos]s Tiger Invite on Feb. 12 (14th - 5:26.85) and was on the distance medley relay team that finished seventh in the meet (12:40.33) ... (Outdoor Track): Ran in only one outdoor track event for UNF, finishing sixth in the 5k at the Florida State Snowbird Invitational in March (17:47.72) ... named to the 2004-05 Peach Belt Presidential Honor Roll.
Previous School: Attended Western State College during the 2003-04 academic year, where she ran for head coach Duane Vandenbusche and made the dean[apos]s list for two semesters.
High School: A 2002 graduate of Burnside High School, where she placed third at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Cross Country Championship in 2001 and ninth in 2002 ... also placed third at the Under 20 Women[apos]s New Zealand Cross Country Championships in 2002 and 12th at the Australian Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships in 2001 ... selected to the New Zealand Cross Country Squad in 2001... also played netball, soccer, basketball, cricket and volleyball.
