As a freshman, 2006-07: (Indoor Track): Competed in three meets, including the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships finishing the 200m dash in eighth place with a time of 26.14. (Outdoor Track): Participated in the 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay ... broke a long standing school record in the 100m dash while at the FSU Invite on April 14, finishing in seventh place with a time of 12.31 ... earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100 relay team that finished in third place at the A-Sun championships ... posted best 400m time at the FSU Relays on March 29-31 finishing in 1:00.36.
High School: Ran track at Lawton Chiles High School for four years ... helped her team win the district championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006 ... was the MVP in 2005 and 2006 ... earned second team all-district honors for her help on the 4x400 team her senior year ... holds the school record in the 100m with a time of 12.3 and the 200m with a time of 25.41.
