As a junior, 2008-09: (Cross Country): Did not compete in any of the Ospreys’ meets. (Outdoor Track): Recorded his best times in the 3000 meter with a time of 8:58.48 and in the 5000m with a time of 15:35.52 … competed in seven different meets including the A-sun Championship where he recorded a ninth place finish in the 5000m in 15:35.52.
As a sophomore, 2007-08: (Cross Country): Ran in all six of the Ospreys’ meets, including the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship where he finished 19th with a time of 26:42…Set a new personal best in the 5k at the JU Short Course Duals (5k) on Aug. 31, finishing first overall with a time of 16:40…Best 8k finish of the season came at the FSU Invitational on Sept. 22, where he finished fourth with a time of 26:46.8. (Indoor Track): Competed in all four meets, including the A-Sun Conference Championships where he finished 11th in the 5,000m with a time of 15:25.54…Finished third in the 5,000m (16:02.95) and fourth in the mile (4:32.87) at the ERAU Challenge on Feb. 2…Best finish of the season came at the Tiger Invitational on Feb. 16, where he finished second in the 5,000m with a time of 15:13.97. (Outdoor Track): Competed in three of the seven meets…Finished fifth in the 10,000m (15:28.57) at the FSU Relays on March 27-29, establishing a new personal best in the event…Competed in the 5,000m at the Seminole Invitational on April 12, where he finished fifth with a time of 15:28.57.
As a freshman, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in five of the Ospreys' six meets where he finished in 36th place, his best 8k of the season ... posted best time (8k) at the Auburn Invitational, finishing in 25:58.64 finishing in 74th place. (Indoor Track): Competed in two meets for the Ospreys, running the 3k and 5k ... finished 20th in the 3k at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 13 with a time of 9:11.87 ... posted a 12th place finish in the 5k while at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship with a time of 15:59.50. (Outdoor Track): Ran in six of the Ospreys' eight meets, including the A-Sun Championships competing in the 5k ... finished in seventh place in the 5k at the A-Sun championship with a time of 15:24.06 ... competed in the 1500m three times with best finish coming at the FSU Invite on April 14, crossing the finish line in fifth place (4:12.98) ... posted best 800m time at the UCF Invite on April 28, finishing in 12th place with a time of 2:02.61.
High School: Ran cross country for Scott Waisanen and Jay Getty... was named second team all-conference in cross country in 2004 and first team in 2005... lists his best 5k time as 16:48 ... was the 3200m conference champ in 2006.
