As a junior, 2006-07: (Indoor Track): Competed in all four meets for the Lady Ospreys, participating in multiple events... set a new school record in the high jump while at the Diet Pepsi Invitational on Jan. 27 with a height of 1.68m... earned all-conference honors as part of the 4x400m relay team that finished the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships in third place with a time of 3:57.42... finished the 400m dash in fourth place at the conference championships with a time of 58.01. (Outdoor Track): Competed in all eight meets, participating in the high jump, 100m and 400m dash, and the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams... broke the school record in the high jump, which had been standing since 1989, with a height of 1.78m, which would have automatically qualified her for the NCAA East Regional[apos]s had UNF been eligible for postseason play (UNF is ineligible due to reclassification)... earned conference champion honors at the A-Sun championship after finishing the high jump in first place with a height of 1.70m... earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that finished the conference championships in third place... never finished an event outside the top-10... best 400m dash time came at the A-Sun Championships, finishing the event in 55.57, earning fourth place.
As a sophomore, 2004-2005:Did not compete in xc/track... competed as a member of the UNF volleyball team... Earned Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic Honors.
As a redshirt freshman, 2003-2004: Did not compete in xc/track... competed in two matches as a member of the UNF volleyball team before undergoing a second knee surgury.
As a freshman, 2002-2003: Did not compete in xc/track... competed as a member of the UNF volleyball team.
High School: A multiple-sport star, she played forward and defender in soccer and competed in the high jump, long jump and triple jump events in track & field ... in soccer, she was named MVP and as a member of the all-district first team ... as a freshman in volleyball, was named MVP of the junior varsity team ... as a sophomore, earned all-district honors ... took the reins of varsity captain her junior and senior seasons ... during her junior year, earned all-district first team and Herald Coaster second team ... as a senior, was named all-district first team and all-area second team after recording the second-most kills in the Houston area ... was also nominated for the High School Heisman ... led team to district and regional championships with a 30-3 record as a senior.
Personal: Born Oct. 19, 1984, in Webster, Texas, to Steve and Betty Stroder ... off the court, she received cum laude honors and was a member of student council ... hobbies include baseball, snowboarding and tubing.
