MOBILE, Ala. - No. 75 North Florida men's tennis cruised past No. 74 South Alabama en route to a 6-1 victory at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon.

North Florida opened up the match with a doubles point against the Jaguars. In the No. 3 spot, Jonathan Deautriell and Sahil Deshmukh grabbed a 6-2 victory to put the match in No. 1 and No. 2 spots to grab.At the No. 3 Lasse Muscheites and Zach Goldberg claimed a 6-2 victory in the No. 2 spot to secure a 1-0 lead for the Ospreys.

In singles play, Deshmukh walked away with a 6-3, 6-1 win in the No. 6 spot before senior Julian Bradley claimed the 6-4, 6-2 win in the No. 2 spot. With the score in a 3-0 advantage for UNF, junior Yannick Zuern then claimed a win in the No. 1 spot with 6-2, 6-3 win. South Alabama won in the No. 4 position before a victory in the five and three spots secured the win for UNF.

The Ospreys now prepare for former A-Sun foe on Wednesday, March 9 at 4:30 p.m.
