As a junior, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in four of the Ospreys' six meets, including the Atlantic Sun Championships where he finished 33rd with a time of 28:15, his best finish of the season ... posted his best 8k time came at the Mountain Dew Invitational with a time of 26:28.81. (Indoor Track): Did not compete. (Outdoor Track): Ran in four meets, competing in the 3k once, 5k three times and the 10k once ... set a new personal best in the 10k while at the FSU Relays on March 29-31 and finished in eighth place with a time of 33:31.23 ... best 5k finish was at the Snowbird Invitational on March 2-3, finishing in 21st place with a time of 15:49.05.
As a sophomore, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran in four of seven meets for the Ospreys, including the Atlantic Sun Championship ... posted best finish at the Florida Runners on Sept. 30 (16th) and best time (8k) at the Georgia State Invitational on Oct. 15 (26:27.48) ... (Indoor Track): Ran in only one meet, finishing second at the Florida Intercollegiate (9:08.97) in the 3K on Jan. 15.
As a freshman, 2004-05: (Cross Country): Competed in five of UNFs six meets... posted season best (28:41.97) at the 8k Furman Invitational ... posted season best at the 5k Florida Runners Invitational finishing 51st with a time of 17:43.57 ... competed in the 10k NCAA Regional meet, finishing 52nd with a time of 34:30... (Outdoor Track): Ran in five meets for the Ospreys ... posted season best in the 800m (2:14.32) and the 1500m (4:29.90) at the USF Invitational on April 1-2 ... ran a season best in the 3000m at the Seminole Invitational on April 8-9, finishing 23rd with a time of 9:38.66 ... posted season best in the 5000m (16:43.40) at the Raleigh Relays, finishing 83rd.
