(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets on the year … led the team at the Mountain Dew Invitational, finishing 28th with a time of 26:19.77 … clocked an 8,000 meter personal-best time of 25:23.91 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships to finish 11th, earning Second-Team All-A-Sun honors … clocked a career-best 10,000 meter time of 32:07.05 at the NCAA South Region Championships, finishing 51st … placed sixth (25:51.15) at the USC Upstate Invitational … finished fifth (16:40.35) at the 4,850 meter JU Short Course Duals, helping the team to a perfect score of 15 … held the second-best season-best 8,000 meter time on the team.
JUNIOR (2009-10)
(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets … posted his best finish of the season at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, finishing 10th with a time of 26:36 to earn Second-Team All-A-Sun accolades … his season-best 8,000 meter time came at the Seminole Invite, clocking a time of 26:33.93 … led Ospreys to a 21st place team finish at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 32:44.00 over the 10,000 meter course, placing 65th. (Indoor Track): Claimed the mile title at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational, clocking a personal-best time of 4:05.55 … placed third at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships in the mile (4:21.78), earning Third-Team All-A-Sun honors for the second consecutive season. (Outdoor Track): Did not compete.
SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets … posted his best finish at the A-Sun Championship on Nov. 1 with a time of 25:49.79, placing 19th. (Indoor Track): Earned Third-Team All-A-Sun honors at the A-Sun Championship in the mile with a time of 4:14.39, finishing third … member of the distance medley team that placed second at the Clemson Tiger Invite on Jan. 9. (Outdoor Track): Garnered First-Team All-A-Sun honors at the A-Sun Championship with his first place finish in the 1,500m with a time of 3:54.53.
