(Cross Country): Ran in six meets for UNF…Finished second at the FLRunners.com Invitational…Clocked a 25:17.59, the fastest for any Osprey, at the UCF Invitational…Finished in seventh, the highest-placed UNF runner, at the A-Sun Championships with a time of 25:21.90…Competed at the NCAA South Championships, finishing the 10k-meter course in 34:51.5.
JUNIOR (2010-11)
(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets on the year … clocked an 8,000 meter personal-best time of 25:15.03 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships to lead the squad with his finish of ninth, earning Second-Team All-A-Sun honors … also led the team at the NCAA South Region Championships where he finished 47th with a career-best 10,000 meter time of 31:56.13 – nearly seven minutes better than the previous year...held the top season-best 8,000 and 10,000 meter times on the team, and the third-best 10,000 meter time in the conference.
SOPHOMORE (2009-10)
(Cross Country): Clocked a season-best 8,000 meter time of 26:54.35 came during the first meet of the season at the Ron Pynn Invitational where he finished 15th … finished 59th with a time of 29:34 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships … placed 171st at the NCAA South Region Championships with a 10,000 meter time of 38:19.94. (Indoor Track): Clocked a season-best mile time of 4:43.21 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational ... turned in a season-best 3,000 meter time of 9:21.88 at the Tiger Paw Invitational. (Outdoor Track): Finished ninth at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic in the 1,500 meter run with a season-best time of 4:15.29 … clocked a season-best 3,000 meter time of 9:18.63 to finish third at the FSU Seminole Invite.
FRESHMAN (2008-09)
(Indoor Track): Competed in the mile, 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters … clocked season-best times in the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters at the A-Sun Championship with times of 15:58.58 and 9:05.18, respectively. (Outdoor Track): Recorded his highest finish in the 1,500 meters at the FSU Relays, placing fifth with a time of 4:17.53 … turned in a ninth place finish in the 1,500 meters (4:19.40) at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships.
