ATHENS, Ga. – University of North Florida men's tennis' time at the 2014 USTA/ITA Southeast Regional Championships came to an end on Sunday in the Main Draw Doubles semifinals at Georiga's Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

In the Osprey's only match of the day, third-seeded and No. 15 nationally ranked Jack Findel-Hawkins and Norbert Nemcsek fell 6-3, 7-5 to second-seeded and No. 12 nationally ranked Roberto Cid and Sasha Gozun of USF. The Osprey duo attempted to stay alive in the second set and came back to force a set tie at 5-5.

"Jack and Norbert went on a great run this weekend," said head coach Mark Finnegan. "They played a very well-coached and disciplined doubles team tonight and came up just short. We will come back and make some minor adjustments in their doubles and get them ready for the next tournament."

UNF finishes its fall season with two tournaments the weekend of Nov. 7-9. The Ospreys will compete at both the Florida Invitational and the Dick Vitate Clay Court Classic.
