As a sophomore, 2005 (FCCJ): Played the 2005 season at Florida Community College of Jacksonville for Chris Blaquiere ... helped lead FCCJ to a 26-20 mark and a fourth-place finish in the Mid Florida Conference ... earned second-team all-conference honors ... finished the season with a .309 batting average ... scored 17 runs while driving in 23 runs ... had two home runs and four doubles ... was 4-for-4 in stolen base attempts ... amassed a fielding percentage of .957 ... also saw time on the mound, tossing four innings in three appearances ... finished the season with a 0.00 ERA ... allowed just one unearned run, while holding opponents to an .083 batting average ... also earned MFC and FCCAA academic honors.
