Ospreys Open the Fall at Bedford Cup

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF men's tennis opens the fall in Lake Nona at the 2023 Bedford Cup as hosted by UCF at the USTA National Tennis Center. Hosted by different schools every year, the Ospreys will match up in singles and doubles matches against schools all across the state of Florida.

The last time UNF participated in the Bedford Cup, Rodrigo Crespo and Jonas Hartenstein came second in doubles matches after falling to South Florida 6-4 in the finals.

With an overall record of 16-7 and an ASUN record of 7-1 last season, the Ospreys advanced to the ASUN Championship after earning a co-regular season championship.

The Ospreys welcome incoming freshman Chase Healey and redshirt junior Juan Pablo Cenoz. This will be the first action UNF will see from Cenoz after not participating in the spring season following time at Tulsa.
