Three Runners Will Also Travel to Raleigh Relays
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The North Florida track and field team will make an appearance at UCF for a second consecutive weekend when it competes in the Knights Invite starting on Friday, Mar. 25, in Orlando, Fla. UNF will also be sending Nathan Jubran, Aidan O'Gorman and Jake Turner to NC State for the 10000m race in the Raleigh Relays Mar. 25. The Ospreys wrap up the weekend when Tariq Lajoie competes in the men's high jump and three Ospreys run the men's 800m Saturday afternoon.

This will be the first full weekend of outdoor track & field for the Ospreys after only getting a taste of the first day at the Black & Gold Invite. The meet was postponed in the middle the first day due to inclement weather and UNF did not return for the second day.Â

Top Times at Black & Gold Invite
The Knights Invite will feature 20Â outdoor teams that includes two Power Five schools, as well as two schools from the ASUN. At the Raleigh Relays, the 10,000m race that the Ospreys will be racing in will have 127 total runners.

Some of the teams competing in Orlando include UCF, Penn State, Maryland, FIU and Florida A&M. Jacksonville and Stetson will be the only two teams from the ASUN for this meet. At NC State, there will be runners in the 10,000m from over 15 Power Five schools from across the country.Â
The Ospreys will stay in-state when they race at the Florida Relays on Friday, Apr. 1, as well as the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic from Apr. 1-2.Â

- Kaley Petrosky reached a new personal-best mark for the high jump at 1.67m.
- Izabelle Hays made her collegiate debut jump for outdoor with a mark of 1.57m.
Top Times at Black & Gold Invite
- Timothy Doyle paced the pack of six Ospreys in the men's 1500m race with the second-fastest time in the race at 3:45.82.
- Robert Pedroza, Jake Turner and Aidan O'Gorman all posted lifetime bests following close behind Doyle with sub-3:49.00 times.
- Emma Jane Schlageter was the top runner in a stacked field of Ospreys for the women's 1500m race, as she turned in a time of 4:42.14 in her collegiate outdoor debut to place 21st overall.
- Celine D'Anna and Shawna Woodall both made their collegiate outdoor debuts with times of 27.65 and 27.90 respectively to finish side by side in the 200m dash.Â
