2024-25: XC - Started the season competing at the Duval 5K XC Challenge (17:44.3)...helped the Osprey squad to a first-overall team finish in season-opening home meet...placed 31st overall for the best Osprey time in 8k race at the Gans Creek Classic (23:55.8)...posted a lifetime-best 8k mark finishing 14th overall as the top Osprey finisher once again at the Crimson Classic (23:55.8)...battled sickness going top 40 in 8k race at the ASUN XC Championship (25:19.5)...helped UNF to runner-up team finish in conference meet...wrapped up season finishing 31st overall in 10k race at the NCAA South Regional (30:58.4).

2023-24: XC - Was top Osprey team runner and made season debut in second overall during the 8k race for the Mountain Dew Invitational (24:06.1)...hit a career-best time for fourth overall in the 8k race at the Gans Creek Invitational (24:00.5), which led to ASUN Runner of the Week honors...placed fifth in the 8k and was named First Team All-ASUN in the ASUN XC Championship (24:34.6)...snuck into the top 25 to achieve a lifetime-best 10k time and earn All-South Region honors at the NCAA South Regional (29:38.9)...Track (Indoor) - Put up a personal-best mark in the 3000m during track season debut for third overall at RADD Track & Field Invitational (8:18.46)...placed second in both the 800m (1:50.68) and the mile (4:04.49), along with a lifetime best in the mile, at the Celebration Pointe Classic...took home first overall in the 800m (1:49.93) and was a part of third-place team in the 4x400m relay (3:22.61) during Florida University Last Chance...received Second Team All-ASUN honors in the 800m (1:48.73), Third Team All-ASUN honors as a part of the DMR team (9:51.58) and was sixth as a part of the 4x400m relay (3:24.08) at the ASUN Indoor Championship...Track (Outdoor) - Placed first during outdoor debut in the 1500m at the Bob Hayes Invitational (3:43.91)...notched another top finish in the 800m in The V12 Invitational (1:49.38)...picked up his third and fourth victories in the 800m (1:50.23) and 1500m (3:43.91) at the East Coast Relays to place first in all four outdoor races on the season.

2021-22: XC - Finished 50th to start the season at the FSU XC Open (25:15.8)...placed 27th and recorded a personal-best 8k time at the Gans Creek Classic (24:41.5)...finished 180th at the Pre-Nationals meet (24:50.3)...placed 21st at the ASUN Championship (24:55.8)...finished 66th in his debut collegiate 10k race at the NCAA South Regional meet (31:42.30)...Track (Indoor) - Finished 20th in the 1 mile-race (4:18.41) and was a part of the distance medley relay that placed second (10:07.27) in his collegiate indoor debut at the Carolina Challenge...finished 46th in lone 800m (1:55.80) race of season and 27th in 1-mile (4:12.14) at Darius Dixon Invitational...made top placement of fourth with a lifetime best mark in 1-mile (4:08.25) and a 22nd-place finish in lone 3000m race of season (8:34.98) at ASUN Indoor Championship...Track (Outdoor) - Placed third in 1500m (3:48.03) for season debut at Black & Gold Invite...finished third again the following week in 1500m (3:52.18) at Knights Invite...recorded personal-best time in 1500m (3:45.11) for sixth at Florida Relays...grabbed top-five finishes in both the 800m (1:53.36) and 1500m (3:49.84) at Flames Invitational...finished ninth in 800m (1:51.59) and 19th in 1500m (3:49.72) at Georgia Tech Invitational...placed third in both the 800m (1:49.88) and the 1500m (3:48.13) races at UNF Invitational...was top finisher with a personal-best mark in 800m prelim (1:49.39) and runner-up in 800m final (1:50.59) races, as well as member of fifth-place 1600m relay team (3:20.91), at ASUN Outdoor Championship...finished outdoor season with eight total top-five individual placements...finished season ranked 72nd in men's 800m on NCAA D-I Outdoor Qualifying list.

2021: XC - Placed ninth at the CSU Invitational in his UNF XC debut (24:50.2)...finished 100th at the FSU Winter Classic in the garnet race (25:24.5)...placed 11th in the ASUN Championships (26:00.2)...Track (Outdoor) - finished seventh in the 1500m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite in his UNF track debut (3:57.68)...finished ninth in the 5000m at the FSU Relays (14:58.69)...placed fifth in the 800m at the USF Invite (1:54.18)...finished ninth in the 1500m at the Flames Invitational (3:55.59)...finished 13th in the 800m with a personal-best time at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (1:51.86)...finished 11th in the 1500m with a personal-best time (3:49.97) and 17th in the 800m (1:54.28) at the UNF Invite...placed seventh in the 800m at the ASUN Outdoor T&F Championships (1:52.47)...also placed third in the 4x400m (3:23.13).

High School/PREP: Attended Key West High School in Key West, Fla. ... Earned 45 career wins in various events since 2017 ... Won five individual titles during the 2019 cross country season, two of which came in the FHSAA 2A district and regional championships ... In the 2019-20 season he set a personal record of 15:38 in the FSU Invitational pre-state meet, good for 16th in the state of Florida ... Ranked fifth in the state in the 800m (1:52) and 1600m (4:13), both times rank in the top 100 nationally with his 800m ranked 42nd and 1600m ranked 95th ... In 2018 he set a personal record in the 3200m with a time of 9:36 ... Earned MVP accolades and was an honor roll member at Key West.
