From Coach Confer
On the Competiveness
"Today was a hard fought game on both ends of the field, Campbell is a well coached team and we knew they would be a difficult opponent. We faced some adversity today with a few injuries but again our depth was key and I'm proud of the players that came off the bench."
On the goals
"AB (Alexis Bredeau) did a great job of anticipating a short pass off a free kick and scored a great goal. Krista (Colubiale) put forth an outstanding effort getting her head on a great service from Sarah (Wasser)."
Weekend effort and moving forward
"Overall I'm very pleased with the effort we showed today to find a way to get a result after giving up the tying goal. I'm happy to have this kind of momentum heading into the start of conference play."
Up Next: The Ospreys begin Atlantic Sun Conference play on Saturday when they host cross-town rival Jacksonville in the River City Rumble on Saturday night.

Neither team was able to get on the scoreboard over the first 45 minutes of play. Much like Friday night, Alexis Bredeau was able to break the scoreless tie with her team-leading fifth of the season. She took a Campbell turnover in the midfield and blasted a long distance shot outside the box that went over the head of the Camel keeper.
