From Coach Confer
On the performance
"This one is a tough one to swallow but you have to credit Jacksonville for a hard fought game. I was proud in the way we battled and am proud of the fight this team has shown not only tonight but in some of the adverse situations this season."
On the close opportunities
"We created some great chances, hit a few crossbars and had them pinned in their side of the field for a good amount of the game. In the end this is just one game and fortunately for us we will be at home the next two games for a pair of tough opponents."
Up Next: The Ospreys will be back at Hodges Stadium next Friday when they host Kennesaw State at 7:00 p.m.
