"With nine teams ranked in the Top 30 in the country this was definitely the strongest field we played against this season," said UNF head coach Scott Schroeder. "Joe (Byun) and Kevin (Aylwin) carried us this week with both earning very good finishes in a challenging field. We had another solid regular season and finished ranked among the Top 50 in the country. We now have to put this behind us and focus on having a successful postseason. As we prepare for the A-Sun Championship we are going to need a few other guys to play better in order for us to reach our goal of winning the title."
The Hootie at Bulls Bay marked the conclusion of the regular season tournament schedule for the Ospreys, who will now take a few weeks off from competition before returning to the links at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship in Braselton, Ga., on Apr. 18-20.
