As a sophomore, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in four of the Ospreys' six meets... set a new career best time (5k) at the FSU Invitational finishing in 19:56.88... best finish of the season came at the FSU Invitational finishing 26th. (Indoor Track): Competed in the 3k at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 13 finishing in 11:17.33. (Outdoor Track): Competed in four of eight meets, participating in the 3k and 5k... posted best 5k time at the Hornet Invite, taking 14th place with a time of 19:05.02... finished the 3k in 11th place at the USF Invite on Mar. 9 with a time of 11:02.81.
As a freshman, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran in all but one meet for the Ospreys... Posted best finish (5k) at the Appalachian State Invitational on Sept. 2 (62nd) and best time (5k) at the Florida State Invite on Sept. 17 (20:28.22)... (Indoor Track): Finished 24th in the mile at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 15 (5:51.90)... Posted best 5k finish at the Pepsi Invitational on Feb. 5, finishing 10th (19:38.16)... (Outdoor Track): Posted finishes in all seven meets, competing in the 5k three times, 3k twice and 1500m three times... finished 12th in the 5k at the FSU Relays (19:29.36) on March 23-25... posted best 3k time at the FSU Invite on April 8th (11:24.91), finishing 15th.
High School: 2005 graduate of Gainesville (Fla.) High School, where she was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field ... earned all-metro honorable mention honors in cross country following her junior and senior seasons ... cross country team won district titles from 2000-2003 and a regional title in 2000 ... she advanced to the state cross country meet in 2002 and 2004 ... personal best in the 5k is 20:13 at the Jingle Bell meet in Gainesville ... competed in the mile and 2-mile in track, finishing as the district runner-up in the 2-mile and fourth in the mile as a senior ... personal best in the 2-mile is 12:36 ... was class president all four years and a member of the National Honor Society ... graduated 26th in her class of 446 with a 3.9 grade point average.
