As a senior, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in six of the Ospreys' six meets... set a new personal best time at the Auburn Invitational (5k) on Sept. 30 finishing in 18:59.86... recorded her best finish at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships finishing in 16th place (20:11). (Indoor Track): Competed in three meets, participating in the 800m, DMR relay and 4x400m relay... posted best time at the Tiger Invitational on Feb. 9-10, finishing in 2:21.04, taking seventh place... earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that finished the conference championships in third place. (Outdoor Track): Competed in five meets, including the A-Sun Championships... earned all-conference in the 800m, finishing in second place with a time of 2:15.36... set a personal best in the javelin throw on March 9 while at the USF Invite with a distance of 31.72m... earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that finished the conference championships in third place.
As a junior, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran all seven meets for the Ospreys, including the Atlantic Sun Championships... posted best finish (5k) at the Appalachian State Invitational on Sept. 2 (53rd) and best time (5k) at the Gator Invitational on Sept. 9 (20:24.33)... Finished the Atlantic Sun Championships (5k) in 38th place on Oct. 29 (19:23)... (Indoor Track): Finished 16th in the 800m at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 15 (2:45.30) ... (Outdoor Track): Became the first Osprey to compete in the heptathlon at the Division I level at the Winthrop Invitational on March 31-April 1, finishing in the top-20 in every event ... posted a second-place finish in the 800m race at the Atlantic Sun Championships on April 14-15 (2:16.51).
As a sophomore, 2004-05: Did not participate in cross country ... (Indoor Track): Competed in two of the team's three indoor meets, finishing third in the distance medley relay with a combined time of 12:35.87 at the Gator Invitational on Feb. 6 and 11th in the same event at the Clemson Tiger Invite on Feb. 12 (13:30.97) ... (Outdoor Track): Competed in five of the team's six meets ... ran the 800m four times, finishing in the top 11 three times, first at the Florida State Relays in March (11th - 2:24.84), at the Seminole Invitational in April (4th - 2:22.54) and at the Seminole Twilight in May (8th - 2:16.34) ... also ran the 400m at the Snowbird Invitational in March (10th - 1:01.75) and the 1500m at the South Florida Invitational in April (33rd - 5:16.26) ... named to the 2004-05 Peach Belt Presidential Honor Roll.
As a freshman, 2003-04: Competed in cross country ... best finish was 23rd at the Florida Runners Invitational Oct. 3-4 with a time of 20:16.67 ... also finished 60th in the 5k of both the Seminole Invitational (20:42) on Sept. 12 and the Great American Cross Country Festival (21:16.2) on Sept. 26-27... did not compete in track.
High School: 2003 graduate of Nease High School, where she was a four-year varsity member of the cross country, track and field and soccer teams ... was district cross country champion in 2002 ... scored the winning goal of the state championship match in soccer (2002), helping Nease to a combined 59-1 record during her high school career ... set school's record in the 100m (12.3) and 100m hurdles (15.7), earning 14 district titles in track and field ... received an International Baccalaureate diploma and was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
