(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets…posted his best finish of the season at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, finishing 10th with a time of 26:36 to earn All-A-Sun accolades…his season-best 8,000 meter time came at the Seminole Invite, clocking a time of 26:33.93…led Ospreys to a 21st place team finish at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 32:44.00 over the 10,000 meter course, placing 65th. (Indoor Track): Claimed the mile title at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational, clocking a personal-best time of 4:05.55…placed third at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships in the mile (4:21.78), earning All-A-Sun Third-Team honors for the second consecutive season. (Outdoor Track): Did not compete.
SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets…posted his best finish at the A-Sun Championship on Nov. 1 with a time of 25:49.79, placing 19th. (Indoor Track): Earned All-A-Sun Third-Team honors at the A-Sun Championship in the mile with a time of 4:14.39, finishing third…member of the distance medley team that placed second at the Clemson Tiger Invite on Jan 9. (Outdoor Track): Garnered All-A-Sun First-Team honors at the A-Sun Championship with his first place finish in the 1,500m with a time of 3:54.53.
