SOPHOMORE (2010-11)
(Cross Country): Led the team at the FSU Invitational, clocking a 26:10.53 on the 8,000 meter course to finish 30th overall…Finished fifth overall and set a new personal record of 25:48.56 to help UNF win the USC Upstate Invitational…Ran in the NCAA South Championships, completing the 10,000 meter course in 33:53.34. (Indoor Track): Finished first in the Mile at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational, clocking a personal best of 4:11.51…Set a new personal record of 1:52.05 in the 800 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational…Ran the Mile (2nd place) and the 800 meters (3rd) at the Atlantic Sun Championships. FRESHMAN (2009-10)
(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets…clocked a season-best 8,000 meter time of 26:33.00 at the Mountain Dew Invitational where he finished 28th…finished 20th at the Atlantic Sun Conference championship with a time of 27:02…placed 127th at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 34:20.99 over the 10,000 meter course. (Indoor Track): Led the Ospreys in the 800 meters with his time of 1:53.61 set at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships where he finished third, earning All-Sun Third-Team honors…also garnered All-A-Sun Third-Team honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished third with a time of 3:18.92…clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:16.14 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational. (Outdoor Track): Placed second and fifth with personal-bests at the FSU Seminole Twilight in the 1,500 meters (3:55.32) and the 800 meters (1:51.86), respectively…garnered All-A-Sun Second-Team honors at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships in the 800 meters, placing second with a time of 1:53.61…also finished fifth as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team, compiling a time of 3:21.49.
