RS SOPHOMORE (2010-11)
(Cross Country): Raced four times for the Ospreys in 2010…Was the top Osprey runner as UNF won the USC Upstate Invitational, recording a 25:33.38 on the 8,000 meter course and finishing in third place…Ran a personal-best 25:27.06 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships to held the Ospreys to a fifth place finish…Suited up for UNF at the NCAA South Region Championships, finishing the 10,000 meter course in 32:51.59. (Indoor Track): Set a new personal-best in the 800 meters, running a 1:51.48 at the Tiger Paw Invitational…Clocked a new personal-best in the mile at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational with a 4:12.19…Won the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship in the mile by running a 4:13.37. (Outdoor Track): Ran a 1:51.94 to win the 800 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational, setting a new personal record…Clocked a 3:53.65 in the 1,500 meters at the UNF Spring Break Invitational to earn runner-up honors…Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the FSU Seminole Invitational with a 3:46.35.

SOPHOMORE (2009-10)

(Cross Country): Ran in two unattached races with his best 8,000 meter run being at the Mountain Dew Invitational (26:47.10)…also competed at the Seminole Invite, placing 28th with a time of 27:38.65. (Indoor Track): Redshirt. (Outdoor Track): Redshirt.

FRESHMAN (2008-09)

(Cross Country): Competed in all six meets…posted a season-best 8,000 meter time of 27:15.47 at the FSU Invitational, placing 41st…clocked a time of 27:24.25 to place 49th at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships. (Indoor Track): Competed in the 800 meters at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational and the A-Sun Championship, finishing fourth (1:55.88) and sixth (1:57.28), respectively…member of the distance medley team that finished second at the Clemson Tiger Invite on Jan. 9. (Outdoor Track): Displayed a superb performance by placing second in the Duke Invitational with a time of 1:55.02 in the 800 meters.
