As a sophomore, 2004-05: (Cross Country): Competed in five of UNF[apos]s six meets... posted seasons best at the 8k Florida Intercollegiate, finishing third with a time of 26:50.45 ... finished fifth at the 8k Peach Belt Conference Championship with a time of 26.05 ... competed in the 10k NCAA Regional meet, finished 16th with a time of 32:24 ... (Outdoor Track): Ran in three meets for the Ospreys ... posted seasons best in the 1500m at the FSU relays on March 17-19 with a time of 4:08.17, placing 10th ... posted season best in the 5000m at the Snowbird Invitational on March 4-5, finishing 40th with a time of 15:39.47 ... also ran the 4x400R at USF Invitational, finishing 17th with a time of 3:51.46.
As a freshman, 2003-04: (Cross Country): Ran the 5k in 16:43.2 at the Appalachian State Open Aug. 29 ... (Outdoor Track): Posted best finish (7th) in the 1500m at the Seminole Invitational on April 10th, with a time of 4:09.99 ... also ran the 800m in 2:00.84 at the FSU Relays March 19-20 ... finished the 5k in 15:48.27 at the Raleigh Relays March 26-27.
