Why UNF?
“I chose UNF because of the sense of community and the opportunity to play in front of my hometown, family and friends. Growing up in Jacksonville, I remember coming to UNF as a kid and it’s going to be neat playing on the other side of the fence.”
2023
- Was UNF’s everyday right fielder, missing a portion of the season due to an injury suffered during the series against Fordham
- Hit .277 with 26 runs, 38 hits, six doubles, nine home runs and 36 RBI and 17 walks
- Clubbed a home run and drove in four runs against Murray State Feb. 19
- Homered and drove in two in a win against Villanova Feb. 26
- Had a big series against Eastern Kentucky, going for two home runs, five hits, five runs and three RBI
- Drove in three and went 3-for-4 in a blowout win against USF
- Started a big inning with a home run and also finished the game by scoring a walk-off run on a wild pitch in a 15-14 win against Florida State April 19
- Came through with a grand slam in UNF’s 8-3 win against Liberty April 22
- Started the game off with a three-run home run against Queens April 28
- Went on a stretch of seven-straight games with at least an RBI between April 29-May 12
Prior to UNF
- Transferred from Northwest Florida State College where he lettered for two seasons
- Hit .301 last year with NFSC, tallying 88 hits, 61 runs, 11 home runs, 51 RBI and 11 stolen bases over his two seasons.
- First Team All-Panhandle Conference in 2022
- Played high school ball at Fletcher HS where he was a four-year letterwinner, conference champion and district champion
- Also lettered in football and basketball
