“I loved the idea of coming home and also playing alongside my former teammates from my time at Santa Fe College. Also, I felt like I could help with bringing a winning culture back to UNF.”

- Was a crucial bullpen piece, appearing in a team-high 25 games
- Picked up four wins in relief while finishing second on the team with four saves
- Held hitters to a .212 average at the plate, fanning over nine batters per nine innings with 49 punchouts in 47.1 frames of work
- Only walked 17 batters across the 25 appearances
- Had the best WHIP on the team at 1.12
- Came through with a clutch outing May 7, working 5.2 scoreless innings in relief to help UNF secure the sweep of the Loins
- Fanned a season-best four batters in two innings of work against Stetson and in the effort at North Alabama
- Closed the year with a gutsy five-inning outing at JU May 20, keeping things even into extra innings in a pitcher’s duel
- Won his second appearance, fanning three in two innings against Murray State March 19
- Picked up the win with three punchouts in 2.1 innings in a 7-6 win against Fordham March 4
- Worked through USF late to secure the win in a 5-4 victory in Tampa April 4.
Prior to UNF
- Transfers in to UNF after two strong junior college seasons at Santa Fe College
- Went 8-2 over two seasons at Santa Fe.
- Freshman year at Santa Fe: 4-0, 43.2 IP, 37 Ks, 4.74 ERA and one complete game
- Sophomore year at Santa Fe: 4-2, save, complete game, 53 IP, 59 Ks, 10.02 K/9, 4.42 ERA
- All-conference second team in 2021-22 and an all-state tournament team selection in 2020-21
- Played high school ball for four seasons at Atlantic Coast HS in Jacksonville
- Posted a dominant senior year of high school, spinning 70 innings, 83 strikeouts, a 0.70 ERA, .192 opponents’ batting average and a 12-1 record
- Class 8A District Player of the Year in 2019
- FACA All-Star (2019)
- Was one out shy of turning in a no-hitter against Mandarin. Still came out with a complete game shutout
