
Men's Golf Complete Season Opener at Visit Knoxville Collegiate

LOUDON, Tenn. - North Florida men's golf completed the final round of its season-opening tournament at the Visit Knoxville Collegiate hosted by Tennessee on Sunday afternoon.
The Ospreys had a pair of eagles from Danny Erickson and Chase Carroll on the back nine. Erickson led UNF in the final round, as well as over the entire tournament, while Filippo Serra was among the top 50 as an unattached individual.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Erickson was the top score for UNF after a clean final round of 2-over 72 with seven pars and an eagle on the back nine.
- Carroll was the second of two Ospreys to record eagle on the back nine on his way to scoring 4-over 74 in the final round.
- Laurens Schulze-Doering carded third birdies to match Carroll's overall score just outside the top 60.
- Jean-Philippe Parr put together his best outing of the weekend with 3-over 73 with four birdies, including three in the back nine, while Luke Balaskiewicz finished out his collegiate debut with UNF.
- Serra had the best combined score of any Osprey as an unattached individual to place 49th overall in the event.
- The redshirt junior ended the weekend with a top-two scoring average on par-five holes with a 5-under (4.17) mark.
- The Ospreys were one of four teams to have two players record eagles in the tournament.
