Then today, Rey [Hernandez] ran a school record in the 100m hurdles and yesterday had the 400m hurdles which was really really good as well. So nice to see him, you know, continue to improve and not just improve but improve on really, really good marks that he's seen set,Celine [D'annd] also continues to amaze me as she drops her times. She's one of the top three in the conference and it's so cool to see that follow her story and to see how much she's improved and you know, couldn't happen to a nicer person. And it's really exciting to see that success. Marianna did a great job. Her 200m PR was nice. Ella was very impressive. I mean, she closed like crazy, you know, on a very good girl and passed a lot of people in the field to get second. And so now that's her second time under 208 Trying to run a tactical race run smart and so she's really, really starting to feel good. And the men's 800 was Robert you know, I mean that's impressive.
Senior day was really cool, to see their parents and you know it makes you think about these kids when they first came in and their journey and special times they've had along the way. You know, that was really cool. And then of course, Billie [Castillo] and Hannah [Martin] both ran lifetime best during the senior weekend. That was really, really cool to see. And I thought yesterday was another piece. Tariq [LaJoie]and Jacob [Hippo] both had really solid jumps kind of got their confidence back and did a really good job. So we were proud to see that in fact our volunteer coach, Kayley Petroski, did a great job getting the second high jump and that was exciting to watch."

PIGG'S WEEKEND THOUGHTS
"Yesterday, a lot of our athletes did these events for a long time. So to see them doing the best they've ever done in their life is pretty exciting. I think that the steeplechase was a highlight for us because nine minutes is a really cool barrier. And I had two guys under it and another guy right at it, and they're all young, freshman, sophomore, and junior, and it's a big PRs for all those guys. So we were thrilled with that, they all raced really well. And then in the 5k, Robert Pedroza and Aidan [O'Gorman] both of those are our redshirt guys, and Aidan run like that in the 5K and then have setter and then redshirting Kameron Wallizadat That's a pretty strong 123 there, you know, so that was exciting. And then you know, I thought the 1500m was a really good run for Robert and he took the man and ran really well. Ryan Douihech had a good double this weekend, as well. He's continuing to get better at life. Practice doubling. I thought the women's 5k, where Billy ran her lifetime best, was pretty cool. I mean she's a senior and ran her lifetime best. And then women's 1500m, we saw Hannah do the same thing and her last time we saw her run her lifetime. So you know, that was encouraging and it was kind of the boost that we needed and they're starting to get tired and we thought they would feel the best here near the end. And obviously they're having to navigate finals and you know, obviously assignments at the end of the year with school and and still trying to train so we're really happy to see all these positive things happen late in the year.ÂThen today, Rey [Hernandez] ran a school record in the 100m hurdles and yesterday had the 400m hurdles which was really really good as well. So nice to see him, you know, continue to improve and not just improve but improve on really, really good marks that he's seen set,Celine [D'annd] also continues to amaze me as she drops her times.
