Ospreys Conclude Regular Season as Four Seed
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - North Florida men's tennis blanked Bellarmine (5-15, 1-7 ASUN) to conclude the regular season, downing the Knights on the road, 7-0, Saturday, April 16 in Louisville, Ky. With the win, North Florida (15-7, 6-2 ASUN) concludes the regular season 15-7 and 6-2 in conference play.
The Ospreys are slated as the four seed in the conference tournament, putting the Ospreys against fifth-seeded Stetson in the ASUN Championship First Round Friday, April 22 in Fort Myers, Fla.
The winner advances to take on number one FGCU in the ASUN Championship Semifinals Saturday, April 23.
How it Happened
UNF swept doubles and dropped only one set in singles play, sweeping the Knights for the Ospreys' fourth win via a sweep on the season.
Jonas Hartenstein grabbed his 16th dual singles win on the season, while Matt Carroll and Nilo Duarte upped their total to 12.
