Women's Golf Remains 14th After Second Round of Evie Odom Invitational

Christin Eisenbeiss Enters Top 30 Individuals
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - North Florida women's golf made improvements from Thursday's first round, but stayed put in 14th-place after two rounds at the Evie Odom Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
All five Ospreys had better scores from their opening round, with the combined totals posting a 32-point difference between the first and second rounds. Christin Eisenbeiss stays as the top Osprey after a 1-under 69 round two, as she put herself among the top 30 individuals on the player's leaderboard.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Eisenbeiss notched three birdies on the course's back nine to add another round in the 60s to her season total at 1-under 69. She puts herself within reach of earning her third consecutive top-25 finish to start the fall season in Sunday's final round.
- Daniela Gonzalez also performed well on the back nine with two birdies to card her lowest score of the season at even-par 70.
- Jessie Cai joined Eisenbeiss with three birdies on the day to sit just outside the top 50 individuals at 2-over 72 in the second round.
- Wyndom Burnett and Kaitlynn Washburn improved their second round scores by a combined 10 strokes to finish at 4-over 74 and 6-over 76 respectively.
- Washburn also holds a top-10 average score on par-three holes at even-par (3.00).
