Women's Golf Completes Strong Final Round at Evie Odom Invitational

Eisenbeiss Finishes Tied for 18th Overall
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - North Florida women's golf scored its best round of the weekend as the Ospreys moved up a spot in the team rankings to finish 13th at the Evie Odom Invitational on Sunday afternoon.
Christin Eisenbeiss had her best round of the weekend at 2-under 68 to jump into a top-20 finish for the third consecutive tournament this season. Daniela Gonzalez and Jessie Cai joined Eisenbeiss under par with their first scores in the 60s all season.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Eisenbeiss put together a spectacular stretch with four birdies over five holes to go back-to-back rounds in the 60s.
 - She also finished just outside the top 10 for scores on par-four holes with an even-par (4.00) average.
 - Gonzalez only had one hole worse than par on Sunday with two birdies to score 1-under 69 in the final round.
 - She finished tied for 37th to score as the second-best Osprey for a second consecutive round.
 - Cai jumped out early with two birdies on the first five holes to join Gonzalez at 1-under 69.
 - She also snuck into the top 10 for average scores on par-five holes at 2-under (4.83).
 - Wyndom Burnett matched her score from Saturday at 4-over 74, while Kaitlynn Washburn improved by a stroke at 5-over 75.
 - All five Ospreys improved their scores once again in the final round after also improving their scores from the first to second round on Saturday afternoon.
 - UNF completed the event tied for the sixth-most pars among the 14-team field at 172 pars total.
