LEADERBOARD: Guided by a trio of Top 25 performances, the North Florida men's golf squad earned a runner-up finish at the Carpet Capital Collegiate on Sunday. Â
FIRST TEE
- Four of UNF's five golfers in the lineup carded final rounds of 3-over 75
- Senior Michael Mattiace was the team's top finisher, earning a T12 with a tournament total of 218 after his 75 on Sunday
- Sophomore newcomer Grant Sutliff (T21) and freshman Davis Lee (T25) joined Mattiace in the Top 25 after shooting rounds of 75 and posting 54-hole scores of 221 and 222, respectively
- Senior transfer Nick Infanti shot a 75 en route to finishing T31 at 224
- Freshman Drew Angelo rounded out the Osprey lineup with a 78 for a T52 (230)
- Georgia Tech's Luke Schniederjans tops the medalist competition at 9-under 207, five shots ahead of the field
