The Leaderboard: Bolstered by a 16-shot improvement in Saturday's second round the North Florida men's golf team moved into the Top 10 of the team standings in the Carpet Capital Collegiate hosted by Georgia Tech at The Farm Golf Club. The Ospreys carded a 3-under 285 led by senior Travis Trace's round of 68.
FIRST TEE
- Travis Trace posted a bogey-free, 4-under 68 in the second round highlighted by an eagle on the par 5, 12th hole | Trace is currently tied for 29th (146)
- Senior Philip Knowles carded his second straight under par score, finishing at 1-under 71 to rank T11 (142)
- Freshman Cody Carroll shot his first career round under par 71 (-1), marking a 10-stroke improvement from his collegiate debut round | Carroll is tied for 66th (152)
