WILMINGTON, N.C. - The North Florida beach volleyball team continued its strong week with a pair of shutout wins on Friday against Webber International and Carson-Newman at the UNCW Beach Classic.Â

Beach Bullets
- Junior Courtney Miller and senior Carina Hoff battled back in a three set match from Webber before picking up a straight set winner over Carson-Newman. With the wins, Miller moved within two wins of tying the program record for victories.Â
- In the No. 2 position, sophomore Taryn Griffey and junior Chaney Howard grabbed a pair of two set wins. Howard became the fifth player in program history with 50 wins.
- Junior Brittany Pase and freshman Callie Workman, paired at the No. 3 position and picked up a pair of wins in straight sets fashion.
- Madilyn McCarty and Nicole DeBolt played at No. 4 and Carolyn Cain paired with Casey Justice in the No. 5 spot with both duos picking up a pair of wins.Â
- UNF moved to 4-0 against Webber and picked up its first victory over Carson-Newman.
