Beach Volleyball Finalizes Staff With Graduate Assistant Coach Emma Kunaus

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – University of North Florida Beach Volleyball Head Coach Delaney Rose finalized the staff with the addition of Graduate Assistant Coach Emma Kunaus on Wednesday.Â

"Emma Kunaus brings so much positive energy to our program, in addition to a strong work ethic and a lightheartedness that makes everyone around her better," Rose said. "We're excited to have her on our staff."

Kunaus was a four-year standout at Coastal Carolina from 2023-26. She became the first-ever three-time All-Sun Belt First Team honoree with selections in 2024, 2025 and 2026. She also finished as one of five players in program history to eclipse 75 career wins.Â

From 2024-26, Kunaus represented Team Canada on the international stage. She has also earned coaching experience with Leaside Volleyball Club.Â

Kunaus earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Journalism and certificate in Instructional Technology from Coastal Carolina in 2026. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communications Management with a concentration in Leadership at North Florida.
