KENNESAW, Ga. - North Florida women's tennis shut out Kennesaw State at its home court on Thursday afternoon.

- North Florida clinched the doubles point to go up early in the match and continued the strong play through singles action.
- Junior Luise Intert clinched the match in the No. 5 spot with an easy 6-1, 6-2 win. Intert is now 8-4 on the year.
- Irina Karangozishvili and Quetzali Vazquez are now on four-match win streaks. Karangozishvili and Vazquez have flip flopped with wins in both the No. 3 and No. 4 spots.
- Michelle Valdez and Kinga Gartner are 9-1 in their last 10 doubles matches, while Vazquez and Luise Intert own an 8-2 mark in No. 1 doubles.
- Sophomore Rafaela Gomez gets her 10th singles win of the season and is now 6-2 in the No. 2 match, while being 8-2 in the last 10 contests.
