JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida Women's Tennis graduate Isabel Oliveira earned Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Week honors for the second time this season on Tuesday.
"I'm excited to see Isabel earn another ASUN weekly award," Head Coach Catherine Dunagan said. "It's a true reflection of her hard work and resilience. She continues to excel in every aspect, both on and off the court."
Oliveira's honor marked the fourth ASUN Player of the Week award for North Florida this season. Sophomore Gabby Goyins and senior Laurie Barendse have also earned the weekly award in 2026.
Oliveira posted an undefeated 2-0 record in singles at two, and a 2-0 mark in doubles at one. She's now 10-1 in singles action and 11-1 in doubles in 2026.
Her performances helped North Florida remain as the only undefeated Division I women's tennis team in the nation. North Florida's 19-0 record this season is its best since the program's initiation in 1995.
The Brazil native, Oliveira, turned in a quick doubles win at the one line against FIU on Friday, 6-1. She notched her first two-set singles win of the week at two against FIU, 6-5, 6-1. Oliveira's singles win allowed UNF to earn a 2-1 lead in the match.
Oliveira opened a 4-0 lead at the top doubles court against Austin Peay on Sunday and maintained the margin for a 6-2 win. In singles action against Austin Peay, she added her second two-set singles victory in as many matches with a dominant win at the two line, 6-2, 6-2.
North Florida travels to FGCU Tennis Complex for its next match at FGCU on Friday, April 3 at 10 a.m. ET.
