NASHVILLE, Tenn. – University of North Florida women's basketball faces Lipscomb on Saturday in a critical game that could have an impact on next month's Atlantic Sun Tournament.

UNF comes into the game after a 78-63 loss at Northern Kentucky on Thursday night. Larkira Jones had her first-double-double of the season with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Jones' 19 points were a new career high, surpassing her previous high mark of 18 that was set against Mercer on Feb. 18, 2011. Meanwhile, her rebounds were just two shy of her season-high of 13, which was set against Lipscomb in this season's first meeting.

Lipscomb got its first Atlantic Sun win of the season on Thursday night with a 94-79 victory over Jacksonville at Allen Arena. The Lady Bisons had all five of their starters in double-digit points. As a team, Lipscomb knocked down 15 treys and shot 53.6 percent (15-for-28) from long range. Danny Fothergill is averaging a team-best 18.9 points per game, including 20.0 points against conference opponents. Meanwhile, Ashley Southern averages a 15.0-point, 11.7-rebound per game double-double.
