Biography

2013-14 (redshirt-senior): Played in 27 games this season, making 20 starts... ended career as UNF’s all-time blocks leader with 147 blocks… her 793 career rebounded finished second among UNF’s all-time leaders and the most in the program’s Division I era… finished career ranking third for games played (120) and eighth for minutes played (2,620)… made a team-best 24 blocks, averaging 0.9 per game… averaged 4.2 ppg on the season and 5.8 ppg in conference play… scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds against conference contender Northern Kentucky (2/13/14), shooting 8-for-11 from the field... grabbed six or more rebounds in 14 games this season… blocked a season-high three shots twice, first against Tennessee State (12/6/13) and then again at Stetson (2/20/14)... Atlantic Sun Academic Honor Roll selection. 

2012-13 (senior): Only appeared in one game after missing the first eight games and then suffering a season-ending knee injury… pulled down nine rebounds vs. Jacksonville State (12-14-12) prior to injuring her knee in that game… eligible for a medical redshirt.
 
2011-12 (junior): Played in 30 games and had 29 starts… team leader in rebounds (7.7 rpg) and blocks (41)… became UNF’s all-time leader in blocks against Florida Gulf Coast (2-2-12) when she stopped one shot… combined with Raneisha Lamar to pull down 147 rebounds in last eight games of the season… registered two double-doubles… had first career double-double with a 15-point, 10-rebound performance against Delaware State (12-17-11)… added a 14-point, 15-rebound double-double against Kennesaw State (3-1-12) in the first round of the Atlantic Sun Tournament… recorded 13 games with double-digit rebounds… made at least one block in 20 games… recorded at least one block in seven-straight games, starting with three against Lipscomb (1-4-12) and ending with two at Mercer (1-21-12)… totaled 16 blocks in UNF’s last six games, getting at least one block in each of those six contests… made a season-high four blocks twice, including against ETSU (1-12-12) and Kennesaw State (3-1-12)… tallied double-digits in scoring in five games… set season-high points total against Delaware State (12-17-11)… scored the buzzer-beater that lifted UNF to a 46-44 win at Jacksonville (2-25-12)… swiped a career-high four balls at Florida Atlantic (12-14-11)… tied career-mark for assists three times on the season and most recently against Lipscomb (1-4-12)…tabbed Atlantic Sun Preseason Defensive Player of the Year.
 
2010-11 (sophomore): Atlantic Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Year… led the team and the league in blocks, tallying 67 on the season, averaging 2.2 per game… was 29th in the NCAA in blocked shots per game and 38th in rebounds per game with 9.6… set the single-season UNF block record… tied the single game record with six against Belmont (2-5-11) moved into third on UNF’s all-time block list… also led the team in rebounding and ranked fourth in the conference … upped her average to 11.4 in league play to rank 2nd… posted six double-doubles on the season… led the team in rebounding 21 times… had 14 games with 10 or more rebounds, including six with 15 or more… had a high 18 rebounds against Campbell (1-29-11) while adding 13 points and four blocks… had six blocks, 15 rebounds, four points and two steals against Belmont… posted 18 points, 16 rebounds, four blocks and two steals against Mercer (2-18-11)... ranked 11th in the league in field goal percentage, .452… named A-Sun Player of the Week on Feb. 22 after averaging a double-double in a two game span.
 
2009-10 (freshman): Appeared in all 32 games for the Ospreys… third returning rebounder for the team, averaging 3.3 during the season… led the team in rebounds three times… had a season-best 11 boards at USC Upstate (1-30-10) also had a season-high nine points in the game against the Spartans… notched a season-best three blocks at Miami (12-31-09).
 
High School: Named second team All-PCAC during her junior and senior seasons at Gibbs High School… Averaged 10 points and 11 rebounds during her senior season… earned Pinellas County North vs. South All-Star game MVP… graduated Magna Cum Laude… also played volleyball… attended Big-Man Camp in Suwanee, Ga.
 
Personal: Majoring in communication… daughter of Shaun and Leslie Washington… has one brother, Rae’Shaun and one sister, Shaura… has a cousin, Kirszen, who plays soccer at the University of Columbia.
