SIESTA KEY, Fla. -- The North Florida sand volleyball team concludes its regular season schedule this weekend at the Fiesta on Siesta tournament.

The Ospreys (13-2) open up play at the annual sand volleyball event with a dual match against UL-Monroe on Friday at 3 p.m. UNF met ULM on Mar. 8 to open the 2013 season, handing the Warhawks a 4-1 loss.

UNF, the defending Atlantic Sun Conference champions, made some history on Wednesday by claiming the first regular season sand volleyball conference championship in NCAA history after sweeping a pair of matches against crosstown rival Jacksonville.

Following the match with ULM, the Ospreys will participate in both team pool play and a flighted pairs tournament over the course of Saturday and Sunday. The event features 13 NCAA Division I sand volleyball teams.

North Florida will then defend their Atlantic Sun tournament title on Apr. 20-21 at JU's Dolphin Beach Volleyball Complex.
